Refund policy
At Kit Republic, your satisfaction is our goal. We stand behind the quality of our fan-style football apparel. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible item(s) within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with no signs of washing or alteration.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be securely attached and included.

Customized products (including any added names, numbers, or patches) are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a defect in workmanship or an error made by Kit Republic.

For standard items, if the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RMA) and receive instructions. Please include your order number.

Pack & Ship: Securely package the item(s) with all original materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number. Ship your return to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges ):
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will process a refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
