Order Processing & Shipping
Are your products in stock?
Most of our items are in stock and ready to ship. During major tournaments, popular jerseys can sell out quickly. You can see real-time availability on each product page.
Can I change my order after I've paid?
We can only make changes if your order hasn't started processing for shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll try our best to help.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it hasn't been prepared for shipment. Please see the procedure below.
How do I cancel my order?

What are your shipping methods and delivery times?
For Europe, we ship from within the EU using tracked services. Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days. For global orders, shipping typically takes 7-20 business days, depending on the destination.

What if my order hasn't arrived within the estimated time?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your item. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
How long do refunds or exchanges take?
Once we receive your return, processing takes 3-5 business days. Refunds are then sent back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Are there any fees for returns?
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item we sent was wrong or defective. We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for returns.
